My visitor's visa (WX1 Worker) has expired and I'm about to return to my home country. I am planning to apply for a working visa back on my home country. Does my overstaying (less than 90 days) could cause me difficulty in applying my working permit and reenter Canada?

Hello there,
According to a CIC Call representative, your history of having contravened the conditions of entry on a previous stay in Canada, could possibly have a negative effect on the outcome of future applications.
However, again, it is at the discretion of the Visa Officer.
There is no definitive response that we can provide for you on this because ultimately, as mentioned above, it is at the discresion of the Visa Officer.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions and if there is any follow up to your question/situation.

Is there a site where I could find out about the different numbers given to visas in Canada? Like for example I know of sites that give info on visitor's visa, but none of them mention anything about WX1. I want a site where the visas are listed according to the official names or numbers or whatever they are known as, like WX1, IM1.
Thanks
