Hi!

i would like to know when do I get a call for my interview now that I got the file number and it has been almost 15 months since. We have applied through an agency. Please reply soon.

Depending upon the Queue in Visa post (I guess it is Dubai in your case)it would be some where between 12 to 24 months. In case of India it is roughly around 36-48 months.
