I am a convention refugee in Canada and I have applied for permanent residence. I have also included my husband in my application who is on study permit. My question is how would first stage of approval affect my husband ? Will he be able to work and live here or he needs to wait till we get PR? also if his study is completed and his study permit expires, and we have not received first stage of approval by then, will he be able to stay in Canada ?
