Hi,

I am a Landed immigrant from the United States. I got my Landing Paper 10 years ago. At that time I have personal problems and moved back to the United States.

Now I want to move back to Canada to work and study but I lost my Landing Paper when I moved the house.

What is the process of getting another replacement of the Landing Paper?

What documents do I need?

Thank you!

I am also a landed immigrant from Gulf, looking forward to return back to Canada and settle there.I got my landing papers exactly 10 years ago and those papers are still intact. I am closly watching your case responses (if any comes)to get some idea.

You have lost your PR status, as you did not reside in Canada for 2 years in every 5 year period. You would have to qualify and apply again for Immigration.
