National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB)

This is the Council that administers the Architect Registration Examination (ARE). The ARE is the only examination prepared by NCARB and has been adopted for use by all 55 USA member boards and the Canadian provincial architectural associations as the licensure examination required of all candidates.

Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC)

The Royal Architectural Institute of Canada is a voluntary national association representing more than 3,000 architects. RAIC is the voice for architecture and its practice in Canada. It provides the national framework for the development and recognition of architectural excellence.
