You don't have to pass an English language test to become a CGA in Ontario. However, to succeed in the online program of professional studies and to work successfully in an accounting position in Ontario, you need advanced oral and written communication skills in English.

If English is not an official language in your home country, you are required to complete CGA’s Level 2 course in Business Communication (or receive a transfer credit).
