English-as-a-Second-Language Classes
English-as-a-second-language (ESL) classes are offered by community-based organizations as well as by local school boards, colleges, and universities.

Language Proficiency Testing Agencies
You must provide proof of proficiency in English or French. If necessary, you may have to prove language proficiency by taking one of the following tests:
