If you are new to Canada, you may find that the education system in Ontario is different from the one in your home country.

The infographic below outlines the different school systems in Ontario. While English public education is the most popular, many parents choose to enrol their children in French language or Catholic public education. 

Ontario public schools are free and offer good quality education. You can also register your children in a private school if you are able to pay the tuition fees. Alternatively, some parents choose to educate their children at home, although this is not very common.
